Abstract
This research aims to determine whether The Power Of Two learning model is effectively applied in learning fiqh. Each student is given a test to get the results of learning fiqh and an observation sheet to see the activities and student responses to learning. This research was carried out at the Al-Hidayah Aceh Tamiang Private Junior High School in class VIII-A with a total of 30 students. This research is a quantitative research using one group pretest posttest design. From the results of the study, the average pretest value was 52.8333 and the posttest average was 89.6667. The results of the hypothesis test carried out show that the t_count is 4.044 and the t-value at the significant level = 0.05, the t_table value is 1.697. it means that t_hitung (4,044)> t_table (1,697) then is rejected and is accepted. The gain index of 0.78 is said to be in the high category and is at the level of effective effectiveness. The results of observations filled in by the teacher obtained an average score of 86% categorized into very good. It is concluded that the use of The Power Of Two model is effective on the learning outcomes of fiqh students at the Al-Hidayah Private Junior High School in Aceh Tamiang.
