Abstract
The study has used a qualitative method approach, data obtained by triangulation namely
observation, interviews, and documentation. This study aims to obtain information and describe the
implementation of Studenn management. Knezevick's theoretical approach to pupil administration
personnel as a service centered on the regulation, supervision and services of students in the classroom
and outside the classroom. The implementation uses Knezevick's theoretical approach which was
modified by Priadi's approach from Yogyakarta State University that pupil management consists of 3
things namely studentregistration, discipline, student development, and special services for students. This
study concludes that the three of pupil management are a simple student recruitment process that has
been running well, student development has not been a priority, special student services cannot be fully
implemented. The development of student and student services has not been maximally implemented to
given because the time learning is sort, what it is about 3 hours per day
