Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out how the Arabic Language Program Management at Mts Nurul Islam Bukit Kemuning Riau. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, this type of research is field research and this research is classified into qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. Planning the Arabic language program at MTs Nurul Islam Bukit Kemuning Riau is carried out in four steps, namely: determining learning programs, preparing subject matter, determining facilities and infrastructure and learning media, determining learning approaches and methods. Then for the implementation of the Arabic language learning program at Mts Nurul Islam Bukit Kemuning Riau, it includes several stages, namely: Iftitah meetings, Arabic language teacher training, class visits, is to build communication patterns in the Mts Nurul Islam Bukit Kemuning Riau environment, namely by using Arabic language. . For the evaluation of the Arabic Language Learning Program at Mts Nurul Islam Bukit Kemuning Riau, there are 3 stages, namely First, the determination of assessment standards in the form of minimum completeness criteria, graduate competency standards, and subject competency standards, Second, assessment or learning evaluation is obtained through a test mechanism carried out once a semester, Third, namely remedial for students who are not able to meet the minimum completeness criteria.
