Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the education management system Muhammadiyah cadre on PC. Muhammadiyah Belawan with the method type of field research (Field Research) with the reason that researchers go directly to the research locations to obtain data on education management Muhammadiyah cadre on PC. Muhammadiyah Belawan. the subject taken in this study are the Chair and Deputy Branch Managers Muhamadiyah Belawan. and its object is the cadre system and various cadre activities carried out on the PC. Muhammadiyah Belawan. Instruments used in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of the cadre carried out by the Muhammadiyah organization still holds the concept of amar makruf it's wrong. In carrying out this concept, the Muhammadiyah organization running a cadre movement more focused on the da'wah movement, education and social activities. cadre with the education system and da'wah dominates in choosing cadres or potential leaders for Muhammadiyah in the future.
