Abstract

There are still many teachers who use the wrong learning method because teachers do
not want to upgrade themselves as professional teachers. In PAI learning, teachers are required to
master various methods. The purpose and objectives of this research are so that readers can find out the
various methods that we can use for learning in order to provide effective learning. This study uses a
qualitative method. Qualitative research is a category of research that creates findings that cannot be
achieved using statistical procedures or other quantitative methods. Along with the times, the learning
curriculum has progressed, so teachers need to master various teaching methods. The PAI teacher at
Smpn 38 Medan already uses some very good teaching methods. Then at SMPN 38 Medan, the learning
media are very numerous and available. So this is a support for PAI teachers at SMPN 38 Medan to use
a variety of learning methods. At SMPN 38 Medan, various learning methods are used because they are
supported by complete learning media. And as a teacher there is no end in learning, teachers are
required to learn continuously, especially to learn to master various methods, strategies, and learning
media in order to get maximum results
